Zscaler Inc. (ZS) reported strong financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, surpassing Wall Street expectations. The company's earnings per share (EPS) came in at $1.08, exceeding the forecast of $1.01. Revenue reached $850.48 million, also topping the anticipated $835.55 million.
Following these results, Zscaler's stock rose 1.22% in aftermarket trading. The company's strong performance is attributed to its focus on AI security and Zero Trust architecture.
CEO Jay Chaudhry stated: "Our robust Q3 results reflect the strong demand for Zscaler's Zero Trust platform, as organizations prioritize security in their digital transformation journeys."
For Q4 2026, Zscaler expects revenue between $875 million and $878 million and non-GAAP EPS of $1.08 to $1.09. Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue guidance is set at approximately $3.33 billion, reflecting about 24.6% year-over-year growth.
