Right-wing candidate Abelardo De La Espriella surged in the final week before Colombia's presidential election, nearly tying with leftist Ivan Cepeda.

An AtlasIntel poll released on Saturday shows Cepeda leading with 38.7%, followed by De La Espriella with 37.3%.

However, in a potential runoff, De La Espriella would win with 50% against Cepeda's 41.3%.

Paloma Valencia trails with 14.3% voter intention.
