TAIPEI, Taiwan - Gorilla Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ:GRRR) has signed a memorandum of understanding with CHELPIS Quantum Corporation to integrate post-quantum cryptography into its Software-Defined Wide Area Network platform.
The agreement allows Gorilla to integrate CHELPIS's CPQC SDK, which includes NIST CAVP-validated implementations of FIPS 203, 204, and 205. Gorilla also gains global resale rights to CHELPIS's post-quantum cryptography portfolio.
Gorilla announced its Quantum-Safe SD-WAN in October 2025, targeting availability in April 2026. The collaboration moves the initiative from architectural design to product enablement and commercial deployment.
The companies will establish a joint marketing framework and coordinated sales engagement to drive adoption of quantum-resilient solutions.

Ming Chih, CEO of CHELPIS, noted the integration aims to align Gorilla's offerings with international security standards.
Gorilla, headquartered in London, provides security intelligence, network intelligence, and IoT technology. The company has a market cap of $388 million and posted 36% revenue growth to $101 million.
CHELPIS, based in Taipei, specializes in post-quantum cryptography and operates Asia's first Quantum-Safe Migration Center.
