Statistics Canada released a flash estimate for April wholesale trade.

Wholesale trade most likely rose 0.1% from March, driven by higher sales in the building material and supplies subsector.

The estimate was based on a weighted response rate of 62.5%. The average weighted response rate over the previous 12 months has been 82.3%.

All figures are seasonally adjusted.
