A man drowned while swimming in the sea in the village of Shuvilan.
According to Oxu.Az citing Report, the victim was identified as Shirzad Baba oghlu Aliyev, born in 1960, a resident of Shuvilan.
His body was recovered from the water. An investigation is being conducted by the district prosecutor's office.
