A strong fire started on the side of the highway in Lankaran due to dry grass catching fire. Windy conditions are causing rapid spread.

A strong fire has broken out on the side of the highway in Lankaran.

According to APA, dry grass along the new Alat-Astara highway caught fire. Due to windy conditions, the flames spread quickly along the road.

The uncleaned dry grass mass is allowing the fire to expand. There is a high risk of the fire crossing to the other side of the road.
