The Baku Court of Appeal rejected the appeal against the extension of the preventive measure for Ali Karimli, chairman of the Azerbaijani Popular Front Party.
On June 10, the Sabail District Court extended his pre-trial detention by 5 months.
The State Security Service accuses Karimli and others of attempting to forcibly seize power. The investigation continues.
