A "GAZel" vehicle driven by Rafiz Gurbanov collided with a "Tufan" motorcycle driven by Mirza Muhammad.
As a result, the motorcyclist Mirza Muhammad died at the scene, while passenger Nihad Mammadov was injured.
A criminal case has been initiated.
