A major fire broke out in a warehouse in Baku's Garadagh district, Lokbatan settlement. Firefighting efforts are ongoing.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations has set up a headquarters to coordinate operations. Baku TV is broadcasting live.

No casualties reported. Initial cause is suspected to be a short circuit in electrical wiring.

Helicopters and heavy equipment have been deployed.
