A driver who committed road hooliganism in Baku has been arrested. Police officers of the Khazar District Traffic Police Department detained Bayram Ahmadov, the driver of a "Chevrolet" vehicle, for gross violation of traffic rules.
A protocol was drawn up against the driver under the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses and sent to court. By court decision, B. Ahmadov's right to drive was restricted for one year, and he was administratively arrested.
