The Ministry of Emergency Situations' "112" hotline received a report that a citizen needed help in the Sabunchu district of the capital.

According to Oxu.Az, the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) released information.

Rescuers from the Special Risk Rescue Service of the MES were immediately deployed.

At the scene, it was determined that a citizen born in 2003 was in a dangerous situation due to his eyelid getting caught in the chain of his clothing.

Rescuers, observing safety rules, provided appropriate assistance to the citizen.
