On June 22, search continues for one of four drowning victims in Mardakan - Parviz Majidov.
His father Zohrab Majidov told "Teleqraf" that his son could not swim.
Parviz was with his uncle Namig Azimov, relatives Elnur and Elmar, cooking barbecue by the sea. No alcohol was consumed.
Elnur entered the water at a rocky area and began drowning. Parviz and Elmar tried to save him but also drowned. Namig jumped in, but all four perished.
Zohrab said Parviz was the eldest of four children and had many dreams.
Three EMERCOM teams with divers continue search operations.
