A house fire has occurred in the Agstafa district.
According to Oxu.Az, the fire was recorded in the village of Khatai. The house of E. Aliyev, born in 1975, caught fire.
After the fire was extinguished, the body of the 51-year-old homeowner was found in one of the rooms.
Police and prosecutor's office employees have been involved at the scene. Preliminary reports suggest the fire was caused by a short circuit. No signs of violence were found on the body.
An investigation is underway.
