Human bone fragments have been discovered in Bash Guney village, Agdara district.
According to Oxu.Az citing Report, the remains are believed to belong to the family of Balay Garibov, who went missing in 1992.
The fragments were found by his grandson Bakhtiyar Asgarov in the yard of their former home.
On March 12, 1992, the village was occupied by Armenian forces, and the fate of the five family members has remained unknown since.
The discovered bones have been submitted for forensic examination.
