Heavy rains in Shamakhi caused a landslide on the Goylar road. The asphalt surface collapsed, and part of the road fell away.

Drivers are forced to use alternative dangerous routes. Residents say the situation worsens daily.

The State Agency for Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (SAAAR) inspected the area and prepared an act of damage. Funding for full restoration is awaited.
