A serious accident occurred in the Oghuz district when a car crashed into a tree, injuring two people.
The incident took place on the Garamaryam-Ismayilli-Shaki highway, near the Gumlagh village in Oghuz.
The driver, Amil Amiraslanov, a resident of Shaki, lost control of his Mercedes and crashed into a tree.
The driver and passenger Sevinc Alifova, born in 1981, sustained various injuries. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle.
Police officers have been called to the scene, and an investigation is underway.
