A young man, Anar Guliyev, was fatally hit by a train in Baku. The accident occurred in the Narimanov-Boyukshor area.

A young man lost his life in a railway accident in Baku.

According to Azerbaijan Railways CJSC, the incident occurred yesterday at 11:13 AM in the Narimanov-Boyukshor area. The driver of the Baku-Sumgayit train spotted a person suddenly running onto the tracks.

Emergency braking was applied, but the accident was unavoidable due to the short distance. Anar Guliyev, born in 2004, sustained severe injuries and died.
