A 31-year-old woman was killed in Goychay.
The incident occurred around 4 PM today in a cafe in Garabaggal village.
Tehran Ibrahimov, 38, attacked his wife Vafa Aghakerimova with a cutting weapon out of jealousy. The woman died at the scene.
Police detained Ibrahimov. An investigation is underway.
