60 Degrees Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:SXTP) announced Monday the appointment of Eric Francois to its board of directors, effective immediately. The move comes as the company's shares have declined 85% over the past year to $1.44.
Francois brings over 20 years of leadership in healthcare and life sciences. He currently serves as an independent director at CERo Therapeutics Holdings and as a strategic advisor.
Previously, Francois was Managing Director in Healthcare Investment Banking at Raymond James and Credit Suisse. He also served as CFO at SCYNEXIS, raising over $300 million for growth.
Francois holds degrees from Sorbonne University. He has no family relationships with company executives and no material interest in any transactions requiring disclosure.
