Shareholders of Cboe Global Markets elected all director nominees to the board at the annual meeting. The vote was based on a SEC filing.

Each nominee received at least 80 million votes. William M. Farrow, III won 83.6 million votes.

Executive compensation was approved in an advisory vote. KPMG LLP was ratified as auditor for 2026.

A shareholder proposal on written consent was rejected. No other matters were voted on.

In other news, Cboe declared a quarterly dividend and launched daily options on the Dow Jones index.
