An advisory vote on executive compensation was approved, indicating investor satisfaction with 101.9 million votes for.
The 2026 Omnibus Incentive Plan also passed. Two shareholder proposals were rejected.
According to Bond.az, approximately 87.8% of shares were represented at the meeting.
