Haleon plc (LSE/NYSE:HLN) announced Monday the purchase of 8,316,688 ordinary shares for cancellation under its share buyback program.

The transactions took place on the London Stock Exchange, CBOE (UK)/BXE, and CBOE (UK)/CXE between May 11 and May 15. The highest price was 333.1 pence, the lowest was 325.4 pence.

After settlement, Haleon's registered share capital is 8,871,945,578 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. Of these, 12,130,560 are held as treasury shares.

Shareholders may use this figure to determine if they need to notify their interest under FCA rules.

The buyback program was announced on March 12, 2026. Full details are available on the London Stock Exchange and the company's website.
