Infleqtion, Inc. (NYSE:INFQ) announced the appointment of Nicholas Johnson as a Class III director, effective May 8.
Johnson, 38, is a Partner at Archimedes Advisor Group and Managing Director at M. Klein & Company since April 2022.
His term extends until the 2029 annual meeting or until a successor is elected.
He is not considered independent due to his role at M. Klein & Company, which has an advisory agreement with Infleqtion.
