Mobix Labs upsizes convertible note, completes share conversion

Mobix Labs, Inc. (NASDAQ:MOBX) announced an amendment to its securities purchase agreement and convertible promissory note with Leviston Resources, LLC.

The amendment increased the principal amount of the convertible note from $3 million to $4 million.

The company also entered into an Investor Rights Agreement with Leviston and completed the full conversion of 2,500,000 shares.
