Old Second Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ:OSBC) held its annual meeting of stockholders. Shareholders voted on three proposals.
First, Darin Campbell, Billy J. Lyons, Jr., Patti Temple Rocks, and John Williams, Jr. were elected as Class I directors for terms expiring in 2029.
Second, shareholders approved, on a non-binding basis, the compensation of named executive officers (say-on-pay).
Third, shareholders ratified the appointment of Plante & Moran, PLLC as independent auditor for fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.
Approximately 85.39% of outstanding shares were represented at the meeting.
