Joel D. Anderson and Terri Funk Graham were elected as Class I directors until 2027, with Anderson receiving 75,150,044 votes and Graham 72,609,684.
The advisory resolution on executive compensation for fiscal 2025 passed with 72,173,806 votes in favor.
Shareholders supported holding an annual say-on-pay vote, which the board adopted.
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was ratified as the independent auditor.
