The State Examination Center (SEC) will hold today the admission exam for higher education institutions for major groups I and IV.
According to Oxu.Az, SEC has announced this information.
It was reported that on the same day, an exam in geography will also be held for those who selected both DT and TC subgroups of group III.
The exam will be organized in Baku, Khankendi, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Shamkir, Agstafa, Gazakh, Sumgait, Absheron, Shamakhi, Mingachevir, Shaki, Zagatala, Barda, Goychay, Ujar, Kurdamir, Shirvan, Sabirabad, Salyan, Lankaran, Jalilabad, Guba, and Khachmaz.
The exam starts at 10:00 AM. The admission regime ends 15 minutes before the start - at 09:45 AM, and late participants will not be allowed into the exam building.
Applicants must bring the following documents to the exam:
- Exam admission card;
- Original identity document.
a) Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under 16) must present their ID card;
b) Foreigners and stateless persons must present their permit card issued by the State Migration Service; foreign citizens with refugee status and their family members must present their refugee card;
- Participants without a photo on their ID card must also bring a certificate issued by their educational institution with a photo attached (a 3x4 cm photo of the participant is attached and stamped).
A total of 212 exam buildings and 3,803 exam halls have been allocated in the cities and districts where the exam is held. The exams will be managed by 212 general exam directors, 605 exam directors, 4,716 supervisors, 673 admission regime staff, and 212 building representatives.
The exam expects participation from 33,986 applicants for group I, 6,518 for group IV, and 11,186 for the geography exam for those selecting both DT and TC subgroups of group III, totaling 51,690 applicants.
65 applicants with disabilities (visually impaired, cerebral palsy, hearing impaired, etc.) will also participate. Special halls have been allocated for their comfort, and individual supervisors have been assigned for those with 81-100% visual impairment. Conditions have also been created for applicants with mobility limitations to enter the building and halls.
