In Baku's Narimanov district, a mysterious incident has occurred.
According to Oxu.Az citing Teleqraf.az, the incident was recorded in front of a hotel in Baku.
Initial reports indicate that 2002-born Samran Hasanov, who had sustained a severe neck wound, rode a motorcycle to the hotel where his brother worked.
Upon seeing his brother's cut throat, he immediately rushed the victim to the Clinical Medical Center.
Samran Hasanov is currently undergoing surgery.
The circumstances and cause of the incident are still unknown. An investigation is ongoing.
