Asif Aliyev, a resident of Shabran, complains about excavation work near his home.
He claims the work endangers his house, encroaches on his yard, and damages fruit trees.
He appealed to Baku TV's hotline asking for help from relevant authorities.
"I have cared for these trees for 30 years. They wanted to cut them, but I didn't allow. Then they dug around the roots so they would dry and fall," the resident said.
Businessman Orkhan Mammadov rejects the allegations: "Work is fully legal, all documents are in order. The claims about tree cutting are not true."
