Before exams, students are advised not to try to learn everything again, but to allocate time wisely and prepare psychologically.

Pedagogue-psychologist Natalya Morozova stated that basic preparation should be finished the day before the exam. Instead of studying new topics, it is more useful to review main topics, formulas and rules.

She recommended using short plans and visual schemes to systematize knowledge. This method helps to see connections between topics and quickly recall information during the exam.

Rest is also an important part of preparation. Breaks help maintain attention and reduce stress. It is useful to alternate active rest, like walking or sports, with calm activities such as reading, listening to music or chatting with friends.

Morozova emphasized paying special attention to sleep: at least 7-8 hours daily, and going to bed and waking up at the same time. Lack of sleep negatively affects memory, attention and overall condition, which impacts exam results.

Half an hour before bedtime, avoid using smartphones, tablets and computers; instead, read a book or magazine. Warm herbal tea and breathing exercises also help to relax. Another method to reduce anxiety is visualizing success: imagine the exam going smoothly, answering questions confidently and achieving a high result.
