The Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB) has launched a new initiative to enhance citizen satisfaction, accessibility, and transparency. Services will now be provided at "ASAN service" centers.
A service window of CIB has been established at Baku ASAN service center No.2 under the State Agency. Starting July 6, citizen appeals will be accepted only at this address: Baku city, 8 November Avenue 23, 2nd floor of AMAY Trade Center.
CIB also emphasizes digital innovations. Through the "Personal cabinet" and "E-services" sections on www.isb.az, citizens can access many services online. Additionally, the "Check compulsory insurance contracts" section allows verification of active contracts.
CIB will continue to introduce more convenient and innovative services.
