An Israeli airstrike on a cafe near the Gaza seaport killed at least two Palestinians and wounded 12 on Sunday, health officials said.
The attack occurred during holiday celebrations. Israeli officials have not commented.
A ceasefire brokered by Donald Trump in October has not stopped Israeli attacks in Gaza.
Israel and Hamas remain deadlocked in indirect talks over implementing the second phase of the truce, which includes Hamas disarmament and Israeli troop withdrawals.
The ceasefire leaves Israel in control of over half of Gaza, with Hamas holding a coastal sliver. The targeted cafe was at a temporary floating dock off the coast.
Gaza health officials report nearly 900 Palestinians killed since the truce. Israel says four of its soldiers were killed by militants in the same period.
