IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi stated that Kazakhstan is prepared to accept Iran's enriched uranium if a nuclear deal is reached between Tehran and Washington.

In an interview with the Financial Times, Grossi noted that the IAEA's Low-Enriched Uranium Bank operates in Kazakhstan, providing a secure location for Iran's uranium.

The removal of enriched uranium from Iran is a key point in negotiations between the US and Iran. This step could help de-escalate tensions and halt military operations.
