US President Donald Trump has admitted he wanted to award himself the 'Medal of Honor' but found no reason to deserve it.

Oxu.Az reports that he made these remarks during a military ceremony at the White House.

"The Congressional Medal of Honor. I wanted to give it to myself, but they told me I couldn't. Also, I couldn't find anything that really shows I deserve it," Trump said.
