On May 29, a large-scale festival titled "Karabakh Cultural Map - Each District Has Its Own Voice" opened at the Double Gate Square in Baku.
Oxu.Az reports that the event showcased Karabakh's rich culture, historical costumes, and national cuisine from various districts.
The festival was organized by the Ministry of Culture, the "Icherisheher" State Historical-Architectural Reserve, and the "Geyd" Public Union.
Rufat Mahmud, chairman of the Reserve, emphasized Karabakh's special place in Azerbaijan's national memory and the importance of such festivals for cultural heritage.
Aysel Tahirova, secretary of the Union, noted that the main idea was to present each district through its own voice, art, and cultural identity.
Samira Novruzova, project director, said the goal is to introduce Karabakh's rich heritage and promote national values.
The festival included exhibitions, live music, traditional crafts, cuisine, and master classes, attracting both locals and foreign guests.
