Baku is launching a major renovation project for state-owned residential buildings. The relevant procedures have already been initiated.
The project covers seven districts: Narimanov, Sabail, Nizami, Binagadi, Khazar, Garadagh, and Pirallahi. A total of 23,478,460 manats (approximately $14 million) will be allocated for the repairs.
The construction company "Xezer-Construction" LLC has been chosen to carry out the work. The scope includes facade repairs, interior upgrades, and utility system modernization.
Residents in these districts can expect improved living conditions and enhanced safety. The completion timeline has not been announced yet, but work is expected to proceed swiftly.
