The Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA) is migrating its digital services to the mygov platform as part of President Ilham Aliyev's digital development plan.
Starting May 12, the e-Su mobile app will be discontinued, and all digital services will be available on mygov. This move aims to increase accessibility and simplify processes for citizens.
Currently, 6 ADSEA services are active on mygov: changing subscriber data, submitting meter readings, digital applications, debt inquiries, invoice and payment data for the last 12 months, and online water bill payment.
7 additional services are being integrated: meter sealing, repair and replacement, accident reports, new consumer registration, information certificates, meter installation, and temporary suspension/restoration of service.
