The first fully integrated digital ecosystem in the Caucasus, "Bir", has successfully concluded the "Spark Student Innovation Program" aimed at turning young people's innovative ideas into real solutions.
In the final phase of the five-month program, 9 teams presented their products and solutions to the jury. Before the final, participants received mentorship support from the product owners of the Bir ecosystem and attended various trainings.
During the final held at Bir ecosystem's local innovation laboratory "Future Lab", three teams offering the most innovative solutions were declared winners. The first place went to "KendYol" (4000 AZN), second place to "AEVIC Esports" (2000 AZN), and third place to "Booker" (1000 AZN).
"KendYol" presented a solution aimed at establishing efficient connections between producers and consumers in agriculture. The project was awarded first place considering its social impact potential and sustainable development prospects.
"AEVIC Esports" stood out with its approach focused on youth development and strengthening the esports ecosystem in the country. The project supports discovering new talents and promoting esports culture.
The "Booker" team's project aims to share knowledge and reading resources more accessibly, develop reading culture, and unite a broad reader community. Its positive social impact potential was valued with third place.
Additionally, all members of the 9 teams participating in the final were accepted into internship programs across various businesses of the Bir ecosystem. The goal is to bring together young people interested in new technologies and innovations, stimulate their career development, and provide practical experience in a real work environment.
