CityNet has become the first internet provider to receive the "Best Managed Companies Azerbaijan 2026" award, established by the international audit firm Deloitte.
Held annually, the event evaluates companies that excel in Azerbaijan's private sector. The award was presented to CityNet's CEO Ilgar Nahmadov at a special ceremony.
"This award confirms our long-term development strategy, team professionalism, and customer-oriented approach. As part of Azerconnect Group, our goal is not only to provide internet services but to contribute to the country's digital transformation and offer innovative, sustainable solutions," emphasized Nahmadov.
Last year, CityNet was recognized as the best fixed network operator in Azerbaijan by the international Ookla Speedtest platform. The company also launched an OTT TV product portfolio, Hybrid STB solution, and Smart TV applications.
The "Best Managed Companies" competition aims to evaluate private companies in Azerbaijan based on international criteria, including management quality, strategic development, HR effectiveness, financial sustainability, and corporate social responsibility.
