The possibilities for submitting and responding to citizen appeals electronically have been expanded. According to new amendments, individuals and legal entities can submit both individual and collective appeals through their electronic cabinets in the Electronic Government Information System (EHIS).
The aim is to make interaction with government agencies more flexible and accessible. Responses to electronic appeals will be sent to the applicant's electronic cabinet, email, or postal address, as chosen by the applicant.
Note that the law also applies to foreign citizens and legal entities.
