Musa Mirzayev, deputy chairman of AHIK, congratulated graduates, emphasizing the successful youth and education policy in the country.
Farid Babayev, acting rector of the Academy, and other speakers highlighted improvements in educational quality.
Graduates received certificates of appreciation, and the event concluded with a concert.
