Mingachevir State University (MDU) and Turkey's Dokuz Eylül University jointly organized the International Scientific Conference on "Modern Problems in Language, Education, Research and Sustainability," which concluded successfully.
The event was attended by members of the Milli Majlis, city administration, law enforcement, YAP, Municipality, the Public Council under the Ministry of Science and Education, and representatives of prestigious scientific institutions. Guests included Afat Abbasova, Birol Akgün, Ufuk Turguner, Recep Öztop, Hayrettin Özçelik, Mahira Huseynova, and foreign scholars.
Held on May 18-19, the conference featured over 545 scientific reports and theses from 77 higher education and research institutions representing 23 countries.
Current challenges in linguistics, education, and research were discussed, with modern approaches and innovative methods highlighted. Active participation of young researchers paved the way for new collaborations.
A book fair, artistic programs, and student performances showcased the unity of science and culture. The conference contributed to sustainable development in language, education, and research.
