Under President Ilham Aliyev's Action Plan for digital development, the Ministry of Justice is taking targeted measures.
As part of the "single window" principle for digital government services, several Ministry of Justice services have now been integrated into the mygov platform.
Citizens can now use these services directly on mygov without navigating to separate platforms. This simplifies user experience and eases access to services.
Integrated services include:
- Translation service
- Application for consent for a minor to leave the country
- Information on enforcement proceedings related to individuals
Through the translation service, citizens can digitally apply for translation of documents that may or may not require notarization. After entering document and language details, uploading the document, and completing payment, the application is submitted. Status can be tracked on mygov.
For the consent application for a minor to leave the country, citizens enter details about the minor, accompanying person, and trip, complete video identification and payment, then submit. Notifications inform the user of the result.
The enforcement proceedings service allows users to view their enforcement cases and related documents on the platform, with the ability to download documents in PDF format.
Previously, five life-event-based services and four notarial services from the Ministry of Justice were already integrated into mygov. Citizens can access these services via my.gov.az portal and the mygov mobile app.
