New leadership appointments at Future Lab and Bir ecosystem

PASHA Financial Holding has announced new leadership appointments at Future Lab and the Bir ecosystem.

Lukasz Szczepanski has been appointed CEO of Birmarket. He has over 25 years of experience in e-commerce and previously held senior roles at Allegro.

Samir Mammadov has been appointed CEO of Future Lab. He formerly served as CEO of Birmarket and also led PashaPay. The appointment aims to accelerate innovation.

Future Lab will now operate as part of the Bir ecosystem, focusing on collaborative product development. Former head Farrukh Aliyev continues within the PASHA Group.

These changes are part of a targeted transformation within the ecosystem. PASHA Financial Holding was established in December 2025.
