The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) jointly with the Baku City Narimanov District Executive Power successfully completed the "Openwave" Open Innovation Hackathon.
The hackathon aimed to strengthen youth tech and entrepreneurship skills, fostering collaboration between government agencies and young innovators.
15 selected teams presented digital solutions and prototypes for optimizing management in Narimanov district. Projects covered digitalization of accountability, citizen communication, and automated infrastructure registration.
Winners shared a prize fund of 10,000 AZN: 1st place - "Digi Solution" (5,000 AZN), 2nd place - "ExaMinds" (3,000 AZN), 3rd place - "Conflict" (2,000 AZN).
