Ozon Azerbaijan announces improved conditions for buyers: the marketplace has made delivery free, fully translated the storefront into the state language, and simplified the return process.
Customers can now return products to over 700 partner pickup points. The previous fixed delivery fee of 1.99 AZN has been eliminated.
The platform is now fully available in Azerbaijani on both website and app. Ozon has been operating in Azerbaijan since August 2024.
The marketplace offers over 400 million products across 20+ categories and serves 67 million active customers.
