During the 13th World Urban Forum in Baku, PASHA Real Estate and Baku White City signed an agreement for the joint development of key facilities.
The document was signed by PASHA Real Estate CEO Ozgur Geter and Baku White City Executive Director Ruslan Sadikhov.
The agreement covers the construction of White City Mall, residential and office buildings, hotels, a congress hall, a museum, public parking, and a city square.
High-rise buildings and a new yacht marina will shape the capital's unique coastal skyline.
