A significant appointment has taken place in Azerbaijan's agro-industrial sector. Rovshan Mahmudov, with extensive management experience, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Grand Agro, a company known for its innovative projects and large-scale investments in agriculture.
Prior to this appointment, Mahmudov led Prime Cotton LLC, where he was noted for successful entry into international markets and record production indicators. Under his leadership, the company entered new export markets, obtained international certificates, and achieved the highest productivity result in its history by supplying 152,671 tons of raw cotton in the 2025 season.
