SIMA's "KYC" digital solution has been integrated into Rabitabank's mobile app (Rabita Mobile).
Thanks to the integration, citizens can use banking services without visiting a bank. Identity verification for card orders and account openings will now be done fully online via SIMA KYC's Video Recording technology.
Customers can verify their identity remotely in just minutes, without extra paperwork or wasted time, and apply for banking products anytime, anywhere.
The main goal is to support the digitalization of banking services and provide secure remote service to customers.
