The Special Financial and Investment Zone (SFIZ) "Tamchy" is launching its first business center on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul. It will house the offices of the SFIZ management company, marking the official start of operations and the acceptance of the first residents.
The 3,850-square-meter business center includes office spaces, coworking areas, multifunctional conference halls, and negotiation rooms. A restaurant and cafe will open soon.
"SFIZ 'Tamchy' was established at a time when international business is actively seeking new trust points. The opening of the first business center is the beginning of the zone's real operational life. We are building financial and logistics bridges between the markets of the CIS, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa," said Ayaz Baetov, Chairman of the Management Board of SFIZ "Tamchy" and Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Shortly before the opening, the Management Board formed the management company, approved the development plan, and adopted the first package of regulatory documents. Simultaneously, the selection of the chair and judges of the International Dispute Resolution Center is underway.
SFIZ "Tamchy" was established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 136 dated July 10, 2025, on approximately 6,000 hectares on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. Residents are entitled to operate under English common law, a zero tax rate for 49 years, and 100% repatriation of profits. By 2035, it is planned to host over 3,900 companies and create more than 10,000 jobs.
